Gender equality

The law of 5 September 2018 and the decree of 08 January 2019 provided for the establishment of a professional equality index between women and men. This tool makes it possible to calculate the pay gap between women and men and, if necessary, to put in place corrective actions to eliminate pay gaps.

The indicators selected for companies with more than 250 employees

The index is composed of 5 indicators to obtain a maximum score of 100 points, namely:
  • The pay gap between women and men (40 points)
  • The difference in the rate of increase between women and men (20 points)
  • The promotion rate gap between women and men (15 points)
  • The percentage of employees who received an increase in the year of their return from maternity leave (15 points)
  • The number of employees of the under-represented sex among the ten employees who received the highest salaries (10 points)

Our result:

The index of AMIS is not calculable for 2019, because the maximum number of points of the calculatable indicators is less than 75 points. (Publication of 25/02/2020)

The FORGES DE COURCELLES company index is not calculable (3 out of 5 indicators are available), so it gets 15 out of the 25 attainable points. (Publication of 29/08/2019)
