THE 5TH HAUTE-MARNE INDUSTRIAL EXPERTISE MEETING IN CHAUMONT ON THE 17TH AND 18TH JUNE 2016 - 2016-06-17
The 5th Haute-Marne Industrial Expertise Meeting took place in Chaumont on the 17th and 18th June.
Over 60 exhibitors met on the occasion. There were industrials, associations, training providers as well as graphic designers given that this year’s theme was “Graphic designers in the Industry”. 3 lectures were hold.
The meeting has been inaugurated on the 17th June in attendance of Ms Françoise SOULIMAN (Haute-Marne Departmental Prefet), Mr Luc CHATEL (Haute-Marne First District Deputy), Ms Christine GUILLEMY (Mayor of Chaumont) and Ms Anne-Marie NEDELEC (Mayor of Nogent). They all highlighted the area companies’ dynamism regarding industrial professions promotion as well as the importance of the UTT local branch.
The meeting gathered a thousand attendees.
Forges de Courcelles on Autoroute Inf - 2016-06-02
"Haute-Marne and its strenghts in education, industry and innovation" was the issue of the radio show aired on 20/05 on Autoroute Info (FM 107.7)
The Technology Pole project has been introduced by Anne-Marie NEDELEC (1st Vice President of the County Council, Mayor of Nogent and President of Symtec), Frédéric SANCHETTE (Director of the UTT Nogent) and Christophe JUPPIN (Pole Manager). Then the alternate training in materials provided in the UTT Nogent premises has been talked about through both the teacher and the student's perspectives.
Finally, some industrialists from the 3 main activity sectors of the territory (automotive, medical, aeronautics) intervened to evoke the industry and market reality as well as the assets of such a local training.
Philippe BOUJON, CEO of Forges Courcelles represented the automotive sector.

It has once again been a wonderful opportunity to communicate in direction of our customers and prospects about the latest innovation and technical know-how of our sister companies Forges de Courcelles and AMIS.
Open Day at Forges de Courcelles - 2015-07-18
The Open Day organized Saturday 18th july was a great success. More than 2000 visitors have been welcomed in our plant.
Collaborators, their families and former collaborators have discovered our know-how and processes. Machines and robots have made an impression on our guests.
They were also quite sensible to the very professional behaviors of our employees, their clear and easily understandable explanations and finally the momently shared passion of FORGING.

Haute-Marne Industrial Know-How exhibition - 2015-06-12
The 4th edition of the "Salon des savoir-faire industriels de Haute-Marne" (Haute-Marne Industrial Know-How exhibition) took place the 12th and 13th of June, 2015 at the sports and cultural complex in Nogent.
Gathering 60 exhibitors, it was a great opportunity to discuss with the local industrial firms,as well as an occasion of displaying the regional skills to the general public and more specifically to the future engineering and technical apprentices in mechanics or materials of the Nogent subsidiary of the UTT (Troyes University of Technology).
The 2nd Chance School - 2015-06-03
The 3rd of June 2015, we were pleased to welcome two partners : “l’Ecole de la deuxième chance” (2nd Chance School) of Chaumont and the “Mission Locale” (local mission) of Langres.
Both organizations are targeting the insertion or social and professional rehabilitation of people from 16 to 25 years old.
Attendees raised numerous questions in particular about employment and required skills to work in the forging industry.
Official opening on 05/12/2014 of the new 8000 tons press in presence of national and regional personalities. This investment both in capacity and productivity in Forges de Courcelles will be part of the new workshop dedicated to automobile crankshafts manufacturing.
